Iran defeat Palestine at FIBA U18 Asia Cup WABA qualifiers

TEHRAN – Iran defeated Palestine 97-87 at the FIBA U18 Asia Cup WABA qualifiers on Tuesday.

Soheyl Soleymannezhad led Iran with 33 points, while Palestine’s Mohammad Farhan scored 21 points.

The Iranian team are scheduled to face Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon in the following days.

The competition is being held from July 7 to 11 in Amman, Jordan.
